Job Description

You are expected to play a delivery-focused cross-functional techno-managerial role. You ll be responsible for:

1. Delivery management, planning, and risk assessment, with utmost client satisfaction.

2. Provide solution leadership for end-to-end Data & AI projects by working closely with the client, cross-functional teams, and architects.

3. Drive excellent teamwork and the highest people satisfaction in your projects. Collaborate with Functions / HR to communicate upskilling requirements and performance feedback.

4. Contribute to the hiring and nurturing of talents in the functional area(s) of your strength.

5. Be an active internal agent for business account growth .

Technical Skills :

Solid experience with Data Warehousing, Data Modelling, and ETL pipelines. Ability to design end-to-end Data & AI solutions which will require hands-on experience with at least one of the following:

o Machine Learning

o LLM API-based GenAI stack

o Business Insights

Strong ability to evaluate the feasibility of client requirements and translate business needs into technical tasks.

Excellent understanding of the tools and platforms used in Data & AI solution development on Azure stack. Proficiency in languages like Python, PySpark, SQL etc.

Experience of implementing agile methodologies to ensure iterative and efficient project execution by leveraging task management tools like Jira. Working knowledge of CI/CD methodologies and code repositories like Git / Azure DevOps.

Soft Skills :

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Level : 10+ years of experience in designing / developing cross-functional Data & AI projects, including 5+ years of experience with client management and delivery leadership.
