Job Description
Investor Grievance - JD
- Investigate the complaints received and reply to the client or the regulators/clients as the case may be.
- Liaise with exchange on matters pertaining to the customer complaints forwarded by the exchange.
- Attend the Investor grievance redressal meetings called by Exchange.
- Managing various Monthly Regulatory reporting's within the Regulatory Deadlines.
- Co-ordinate within the company with different departments, to address / resolve the grievances of the clients.
- Give continuous feedback to all departments on steps to be taken to reduce complaints.
Requirements :
- Immediate Joiners
- Preferred Broking Industry
- Experience in Financial industry/Capital Market/Bank/NBFC etc.
- Experience in handling investors grievance
- Graduation Compulsory
