You will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with leaders to develop and implement solutions that contribute to key organizational outcomes.
- Translating business requirements into actionable insights, data-driven reports, and analyses that support effective decision-making and enhance accountability at leadership levels.
- Taking ownership of specific business processes and initiatives, managing them from inception to execution within your area of expertise.
- Working independently on projects that align with both operational and strategic goals within your functional domain.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally, across all levels of the organization-Engaging with partners and internal teams to ensure alignment and clarity on business objectives and progress.
- Maintaining a client-first approach, ensuring that all interactions with stakeholders are marked by professionalism, empathy, and proactive service.
- Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of both your functional area and the broader organizational landscape, including EDAO and industry dynamics.
- Building strong, cross-functional relationships to enhance collaboration and teamwork across business units.
- Ensuring high-quality work standards while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
- Exercising your influencing skills to align team efforts with organizational priorities, driving collaboration on key initiatives.
- Defining and refining business processes, contributing to improvements that drive efficiency and align with business goals.
- Maintain health of Products mapped to your squad.
- Keep all program/product documents complete and accurate at all times.
- Achieve agreed Target State/Positive Client Feedback and support in your squad s high performance.
- You should provide Complete/Accurate updates on Weekly Squad Call and Team Calls as per defined process.
The experience you bring:
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis and data analysis, ideally with a background in Asset Management.
- Demonstrated product management experience, managing multiple projects with responsibility for timelines/deliverables.
- Strong history of building client relationships, with the ability to anticipate future needs and act proactively.
- Proven experience in Continuous Improvement and Project Management, with expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with a focus on data visualization and storytelling.
- In-depth understanding of organizational dynamics and the competitive landscape.
- Intellectual agility to rapidly absorb new information and apply it to business solutions.
- Ability to present complex concepts clearly, anticipate objections, and influence decision-makers.

- Ability to handle complex, high-volume tasks with meticulous attention to detail and cognitive load management.

- Proven ability to achieve high performance and meet deadlines.
