Computer Vision Engineer

We are seeking a talented Computer Vision Engineer to develop and implement advanced algorithms and systems that enable machines to interpret and understand visual information. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer vision, machine learning, and image processing techniques, and will be instrumental in bringing innovative products to market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Algorithm Development: Design, develop, and optimize computer vision algorithms for tasks such as object detection, recognition, tracking, and segmentation.
• Software Engineering: Implement scalable and efficient code using programming languages like Python, C++, or Java, and leverage machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Data Analysis: Process and analyze large datasets to train and validate models, ensuring high accuracy and performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate computer vision capabilities into products and services.
• Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in computer vision and machine learning to incorporate new techniques and technologies into projects.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize algorithms for real-time processing on various platforms, including embedded systems and cloud services.
• Documentation and Presentation: Prepare detailed technical documentation and present findings and project statuses to stakeholders and team members.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 0+ years of experience in computer vision or related fields.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and computer vision libraries (e.g., OpenCV).
• Strong understanding of image processing techniques and deep learning architectures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Preferred:

• Experience with GPU programming and parallel computing (e.g., CUDA).
• Knowledge of 3D computer vision and geometry.
• Experience deploying models in production environments.
• Publications or patents in relevant fields.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
