Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic ERP Solutions Sales Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in ERP sales, with proven expertise in driving revenue generation in the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the US market, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on ERP solution sales in the US market.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients, leveraging your network and market insights.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their ERP needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research on market trends, competitors, and opportunities in the ERP domain within the US market.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the pre-sales and technical teams to deliver customized ERP solutions that meet client requirements.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and deals.
- Reporting: Provide detailed sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.
Key Requirements
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in ERP solution sales, with a significant focus on the US market.
- Strong background in B2B sales, particularly in the software/ERP domain.
Skills:
- Proven ability to drive revenue generation and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of ERP platforms and solutions.
Market Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of the US market, including client acquisition strategies and market dynamics.
- Location: Must be based in Bangalore and able to work from the office.
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Demonstrated success in managing large accounts and closing high-value deals in the US market.
