We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven PPC Expert to join our marketing team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and executing our paid search and display campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, and other platforms, driving traffic, increasing conversions, and improving ROI.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a PPC Expert with a deep understanding of paid search strategies, Google Ads platforms, and eCommerce marketing. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, creating compelling ad copy, and analyzing campaign performance to meet our business goals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google Search Ads, Shopping Ads, Display Ads, Video Ads, and remarketing campaigns, and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive PPC strategies for Google Ads, YouTube, and other platforms to increase traffic and conversions.
    • Align campaigns with eCommerce sales goals, seasonal promotions, and product launches.
  2. Keyword Research and Optimization:
    • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value search terms for paid campaigns.
    • Implement keyword match types, negative keywords, and optimize bids to improve search ad performance.
  3. Ad Creation and Optimization:
    • Write and optimize compelling ad copy for various ad formats (search, display, video) to drive higher CTR and conversion rates.
    • Continuously A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  4. Campaign Monitoring and Performance Analysis:
    • Track daily and weekly KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates) and adjust campaigns for optimal performance.
    • Provide regular campaign performance updates and insights to stakeholders.
  5. Budget Management:
    • Manage PPC budgets and allocate spend efficiently across campaigns to maximize ROI.
    • Monitor and control costs, optimizing campaigns for cost-effectiveness.
  6. A/B Testing:
    • Set up and manage A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
    • Analyze results and implement changes to continuously improve campaign performance.
  7. Competitor and Market Analysis:
    • Monitor competitor PPC strategies and industry trends.
    • Analyze competitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  8. Landing Page Optimization:
    • Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure landing pages are optimized for PPC traffic and conversions.
    • Implement data-driven optimizations based on performance data.
  9. Reporting and Data Analysis:
    • Generate detailed performance reports using Google Ads and Google Analytics.
    • Utilize advanced Excel skills and Google Data Studio to create visual, actionable reports for leadership.
  10. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
    • Work closely with SEO, content, and product teams to ensure alignment in marketing efforts.
    • Share insights with the sales and design teams to optimize customer experience.

Key Competencies:

  • Google Ads Expertise: Deep understanding of Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, Display, Video, and Remarketing ads.
  • Bid Management: Knowledge of both automated and manual bidding strategies across multiple Google Ads campaign types.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Ability to improve ad performance through effective targeting and optimization.
  • Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaboration: Strong teamwork and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Key Skills for Reporting and Data Analysis:

  • Google Analytics Integration: Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics integration for tracking conversions and analyzing performance.
  • Excel/Spreadsheets: Advanced skills in Excel for analyzing large datasets and creating performance reports.
  • Google Ads Reporting Tools: Proficiency in using Google Ads reporting and third-party tools to track and analyze campaign performance.
  • Data Visualization: Ability to create clear, impactful reports using Google Data Studio or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with eCommerce Platforms: Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, or Magento.
  • Google Tag Manager: Knowledge of Google Tag Manager for conversion tracking and event tracking implementation.
  • Experience with Automation: Proficiency in setting up automated PPC campaigns and bid strategies.
