Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned and highly motivated Senior ERP Sales Executive with 7 to 10 years of experience in ERP sales and a strong background in IT services. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business development, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets through strategic selling techniques and deep industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Sales Planning:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets and company objectives for ERP solutions.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscape.
  • New Business Development:
  • Identify, qualify, and engage new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Leverage existing networks and relationships to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Client Needs Assessment:
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments and consultative selling processes with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to design tailored ERP solutions that meet clients specific needs.
  • Product Demonstrations and Presentations:
  • Deliver high-impact presentations and product demonstrations to senior executives and key decision-makers, articulating the value proposition and ROI of our ERP solutions.
  • Address client queries and concerns effectively, ensuring a thorough understanding of our products capabilities and benefits.
  • Proposal Development and Negotiation:
  • Prepare detailed and compelling proposals, RFP responses, and quotations that align with clients requirements and budget constraints.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions while safeguarding company interests.
  • Account Management and Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
  • Regularly engage with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities, and address any issues promptly.
  • Market Intelligence and Feedback:
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and feedback to the product and marketing teams.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in CRM software.
  • Provide regular and detailed reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status to senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 7 to 10 years of proven experience in ERP (SAP) sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) and their applications across various industries.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and build lasting client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Must be local to UK and have experience in Business Development and lead generation for minimum 7+ years.
