Conduct inter-firm benchmarking studies of competitors, including strategies, investment plans, MA initiatives, financials, product portfolios, and pipelines to guide strategic decisions.
Market Analysis Growth Opportunities:
Analyze clinical pipelines of existing and prospective customers using databases such as Global Data, IQVIA, and Cortellis, focusing on therapeutic areas, geography, molecule types, and stages of development.
Identify and evaluate new business segments (services, and regions) and potential customers through various approaches, leveraging databases like IQVIA and import-export data.
Provide insights on funding status, including venture funding, mergers, debt offerings, acquisitions, and service agreements.
Strategic Decision Support:
Conduct detailed analysis on strategic growth areas and present findings to leadership and business unit heads to facilitate strategic decision-making.
Support leadership with strategic insights on MA deals, including integrating new capabilities or technologies that align with business goals.
CRM Data Insights Reporting:
Leverage internal CRM data (Salesforce.com) and external data sources to analyze business trends, track RFP outcomes, lost deals, and customer engagements.
Provide regular reports, including monthly reviews of order book, RFP analysis, and business forecasts, offering actionable insights for business improvement.
Collaboration Cross-functional Support:
