Devops Engineer

We are looking for a DevOps engineer who would have a deep understanding of both development and operations processes, as well as a strong technical background. who can be responsible for deploying product updates, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations that meet our customers needs. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software engineering and be familiar with either or Java/Nodejs/Typescript/Python, and will work with developers and engineers to ensure that software development follows established processes and works as intended.

•        Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure

•        Manage the organizations Cloud accounts on AWS and Google Cloud

•        Have the technical skill to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the
project.

•        Troubleshooting techniques and fixing the code bugs

•        Building and implementing new development tools and infrastructure

•        Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes

•        Testing and examining code written by others and analyzing results

•        Perform root cause analysis for production errors

•        Investigate and resolve technical issues

•        Develop scripts to automate visualization

•        Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats

•        Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and fixes

•        Working with software developers to ensure that development follows established
processes and works as intended

•        Planning projects and being involved in project management decisions

Skills

•        Extensive relevant hands-on technical management experience of support/operations
teams and skills - troubleshoot, debug, evaluate, and resolve software issues.

•        Good understanding of modern source control tools such as Git or Perforce and associated
methodologies

•        Must have experience with basic infrastructure services like ldap, DNS, DHCP, Active
Directory

•        Atleast 3+ years of experience in product development and DevOps or purely DevOps

•        Minimum 2 years AWS operations and deployment experience

•        You can provide clear verbal & written communication across various cross-functional
teams

Technical Skills:

•        AWS needs to be hands on

•        Azure & GCP can be an added advantage.

•        Programming skills: Java/Python/Nodejs or Typescript

•        infrastructure services like ldap, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory

•        Database: Nosql, Mysql, Sql, Dynamodb
