Sr. CyberArk Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CyberArk Engineer to join our security team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions to ensure the security of privileged accounts and sensitive information within the organization. You will collaborate with security, IT operations, and compliance teams to deliver solutions that manage and protect privileged credentials across the organization’s IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• CyberArk Implementation: Lead the implementation, configuration, and deployment of CyberArk PAM solutions, including CyberArk Vault, Privileged Session Manager (PSM), and Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA).
• Solution Design: Design and architect CyberArk solutions to meet organizational security requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems (e.g., Active Directory, SIEM, ticketing systems).
• Access Control & Policy Management: Configure and manage privileged access policies to ensure only authorized users have access to sensitive systems, and enforce the least-privilege access principle.
• Account & Password Management: Administer privileged account lifecycle management, including provisioning, password rotation, and reconciliation. Ensure periodic reviews and audits of privileged account access.
• Session Monitoring & Auditing: Configure session monitoring and recording to track and audit privileged access sessions for compliance and security purposes. Provide regular reports on session activity to management.
• Automation & Scripting: Develop and implement automation scripts for CyberArk tasks such as account creation, password rotations, and system integrations using CyberArk’s REST APIs and PowerShell.
• Security Best Practices: Continuously evaluate and improve the security posture of privileged account management, following security best practices and industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS).
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide troubleshooting, issue resolution, and day-to-day support for CyberArk-related issues, including the management of access policies, vaults, and user accounts.
• Integration with Other Systems: Integrate CyberArk with other enterprise security tools such as SIEM systems (e.g., Splunk, QRadar), ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow), and identity management solutions.
• Incident Response: Collaborate with security incident response teams to respond to and mitigate incidents involving privileged access.
• Training & Documentation: Develop documentation and procedures for the CyberArk environment, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Provide training to internal teams on best practices for managing privileged access.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements regarding privileged access management. Provide regular audit reports to leadership and compliance teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest CyberArk features, security threats, and best practices. Recommend improvements to the PAM infrastructure to enhance security and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
