Senior IT Business Analyst

**Mandatory Skills**Note: Candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered

- At least 8 years of experience developing and employing functional and non-functional requirements artifacts (Use Cases, Epics, Features, User Stories, Requirements Definition, Process Definitions, User Interface Wireframes, Data Dictionaries, Field Level Mappings for Data Integration to and from COTS and custom applications).

- Experience in business requirements elicitation and creating workflows for major systems.- Experience providing leadership and direction to business analysts working on multiple teams to deliver large complex systems.- Experience with Agile Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies.

- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology.- Experience with cloud-based SaaS solutions.

**DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

- Creating workflows for major systems

- Demonstrated experience in analyzing, disseminating, and interpreting policies and procedures

- Ability to understand business requirements and document them into a functional specification

- Ability to work with architects, developers, engineers, and domain experts to document non-functional requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Solid attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities

- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills- Determining and documenting requirements for APIs- Familiarity with Azure API Management- Familiarity with Azure DevOps
