Qualification

Any Engineering or Degree in Law/ Environment/ Chemical/ Textiles/ HR/ or Equivalent.

Technical Certifications

Holding Lead Auditor Certifications like SA8000, WRAP, BSCI, PSCI, RJC, TFS, RBA, QMS, EMS, OHSAS

Preference if he/she is approved for PSCI, RBA and BSCI Audits

Registered with APSCA as a Social Auditor and CSCA status is preferred

Experience

Minimum 10 years of Industry working experience or Minimum 05 years of auditing experience for social audits, audits and Environmental audits

Minimum 2 years of experience as people manager

People Manager

• Build a motivated team, capable of delivering results
• Coach train and enable team with right skills and behaviours
• Set targets, performance plans and objectives for the team
• Plan and lead reviews to actively communicate, identify gaps, support and provide solutions
• Organise trainings and sessions to upskill and develop the team
• Counsel, support and participate in audits to drive discipline and performance

Audit Manager

• Fully understand the audit process and sometimes conduct audits as a leader or member of the audit team as per the SOP/ work instructions
• Scheduling audit dates, auditor allocation, approval of travels for auditors and make a check on audit quality
• Ensure all audit reports are submitted as per TAT by the auditors
• Responsible for effectively handling clients/ customers for entire region
• Share updates regarding changes in local laws and international standards to the team
• Responsible for Key Accounts Management
• Keep a track on auditors performance, qualifications, and trainings
• Ensure effective utilisation of auditor man-days
• Monitoring revenue & expenses in the region
