Responsibilities

1. Operations Excellence

Key Actions

• Hands-on experience in independently handling of the Product certification to IEC 60950-1/IS 13252, IS 616/IEC 60065, IEC 62368-1, IS 16242/IEC 62040-1,IEC 61010-1 and relevant standard.
• Support Technical Manager/Manager in routine activities.
• Need to be hands-on individual of independent handling of the Product certification for CB Certification, CE Marking, BIS CRS Scheme etc.
• Candidate will have to prepare a test plan/test data package. Test plan/data package is a specification sheet for a particular product (eg. IT AV Gadgets like, Mobile, Laptop, Server, Power Adapter, Projector, LED TV..) and it contains

- different test parameters, safety tests

- relevant test method/standard

- requirement / limit / acceptance criteria of each test.

• Prepare Test reports as per above the Test Plan/Test Data.
• Conversant with NABL and BIS external and Internal Audit.
• Having experience in reviewing BIS report as per IS 13252, IS 616, IS 16333 (Part 3), IS 16242/IEC 62040-1
• Provide technical assistance to clients and manage and resolve customer issues to ensure services delivered result in a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure quality of service is maintained throughout the certification process.
• Ensure quotes and commitment dates are and in line with team targets.
• Ensure quality of service is maintained throughout the certification and inspection process.
• Assist in conducting audit time to time.

2. Stakeholder Management

Key Actions

• Provide technical assistance to clients and manage and resolve customer issues to ensure services delivered result in a high level of customer satisfaction
• Coordination with respective regulatory authorities.
• Ongoing coordination with support functions
