Manager Taxation

• Review & e-filing of GST returns of all India entities
• Review & e-filing of Income tax returns of all India entities, foreign companies
• Responsible for Advance tax, & deferred tax Calculation on quarterly basis and ensuring payment of the same.
• Assistance with the data for all the Income Tax, Transfer Pricing and service tax assessments and appeals
• Ensure timely completion of Tax audits and Transfer pricing reporting for all the India entities.
• Responsible for making half yearly & annual tax reporting to the Head Office.
• Advise GST implication on commercial transactions
• Review of GST input register and reconcile with form 2A

Technical skills

• Good knowledge of Excel
• Tax Submission - drafting skills
• Knowledge of International Tax laws , GST and deferred Tax
