Role & responsibilities

• Creating IT infrastructure design documents • Researching and validation along with Internal team for information to prepare the documents. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Visio, Adobe RoboHelp, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe FrameMaker… Optional with HPSD, HPST, HPSM, JIRA, etc. • Create and update User Manuals, Online Help files, System User Guides, Web Service Specification Documents, Application Support Guides, Interface Control Documents, Infrastructure SDP (Service Design Package) Documents, Infrastructure Deployment Design Document, Installation Guides, and Process Documents • Online publishing and editing.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience with documentation tools like MS Word, Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, or Oxygen XML Editor. • Familiarity with HTML, XML, or Markdown for writing structured documentation. • Experience using platforms like WordPress, SharePoint, or Drupal.
