Tally Support Accountant

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Tally Support Accountant to manage our financial records and provide comprehensive support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in accounting and a strong understanding of Tally ERP. This role involves both inbound and outbound support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records using Tally software.
• Reconcile accounts and balance sheets to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts, and perform data entry operations in Tally.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conducted periodic audits and assisted with the preparation for external audits.
• Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Provide inbound support by addressing client queries and issues related to Tally via phone, email, or chat.
• Conduct outbound support activities, including follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather and verify financial data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Tally Accountant or equivalent Tally certification.
• Proven experience as an accountant, preferably using Tally software.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
