Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Epic Clinical Service Desk Support professional to join our team. The candidate will provide frontline support to end-users for Epic applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining high customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Respond to incoming service desk requests related to Epic systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues promptly or escalate as needed.
  • Document and track all incidents using the service desk management system.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address recurring issues and system improvements.
  • Assist with training and onboarding of new Epic users.
  • Train providers on workflows if needed

Required Qualifications:


  • Experience working with Epic systems and applications.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare IT.

Preferred Skills:

  • Epic certification or prior experience in a healthcare service desk role.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
