Season wise Planning (Kharif/ Rabi).
Monthly Plan v/s Actual.
Advance Planning for next couple of month.
Participation in DG activities specially RDA/ Big farmer meetings.
On field training of new Joiner.
Leading campaigns in respective geography.
Conducting large scale demo of hero product or new products in coordination with Sales team, and collecting farmers feedback and insights on product performance.
Leading complaint management: Helping sales team in farmer complaint management and recording.
Providing Market Insights like New Products launched, competition activities and competition pricing.
