Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Counseling:
• Assist prospective students in understanding IIDSTs courses, career opportunities, and enrollment process.
• Provide guidance based on students' backgrounds, interests, and career aspirations.
2. Lead Conversion & Follow-ups:
• Handle incoming inquiries via calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Follow up with potential learners and convert inquiries into enrollments.
3. Sales & Enrollment Support:
• Educate students about the benefits and structure of IIDST programs.
• Assist in the admission process, including documentation and fee processing.
4. Relationship Management:
• Build strong relationships with students and provide continued support post-enrollment.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and feedback.
5. Collaboration & Reporting:
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive enrollments.
• Provide weekly reports on student queries, enrollments, and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Business, Psychology preferred).
• 0 to 3 years of experience in academic counseling, career guidance, or inside sales.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle student queries with patience and professionalism.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
