About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Java Trainer & Data Structure to join our
team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java programming,
excellent teaching skills, and the ability to mentor learners effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct comprehensive training sessions on Core Java & Data Structure, and
related technologies.
● Deliver both classroom and online sessions, ensuring clarity and engagement.
● Develop and update course materials, including presentations, coding exercises, and
assignments.
● Monitor learner progress, provide feedback, and support individual growth.
● Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Java technology.
Required Skills:
● Proficiency in Core Java & Data Structure.
● Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
● Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
● Familiarity with IDE tools like Eclipse or IntelliJ.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
● Minimum 2 years of experience in Java development and/or training.
● Prior experience in mentoring or teaching will be an advantage.
