Job Purpose

As a Senior Manager, you will be working in a dynamic product development team while collaborating with other technical team members, management, and customer support teams. You will have an opportunity to participate in managing teams AND designing & developing services utilized across product lines. The candidate would be responsible for technical deliveries and team management.

• Provide leadership to the team daily through various processes, fostering cross teams and internal collaboration.
• Provide the technical guidance to the team to build scalable services and applications optimized for the best customer experience, with scale, performance, security, and availability considerations.
• Lead effort to requirement, design, architect and write software components.
• Able to report the status and quality of team deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to improve and optimize applications and processes.
• Support diagnosis of complex developmental & operational problems and improvements.
• Support the team members engagement and career development.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and business partners for product delivery and its improvements.
• Follow company software development processes and standards.
• Unblock the team members from technical and solutioning perspective.
• Provide required support and assistance for production outage.
• Support the hiring needs for the team.

• Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
• 14+ years of software product development experience.
• Experience in building and managing development teams with multiple technologies.
• Experience in design and development with Java or . Net(C#) is must.
• Has experience of least one more other language like NodeJS or Python
• Experience in enterprise web-based application technologies and corresponding protocols.
• Different Application framework experience.
• Experience with at least one public cloud AWS, GCP, Azure (AWS preferred) and Exposure to serverless.
• Solid understanding of security concerns for web-based applications
• Good understanding of REST architectural style, Microservices concepts and technologies.
• Proficiency in the different development, integration and QA tools.
• Strong experience with database concepts (Relational and non-relational)
• Good to have exposure other tools and technologies: Docker, Pipeline, Terraform, Queuing, Caching
• Able to contribute on above mentioned technologies when needed.

This role offers work from home flexibility of up to one day per week.
