Sales Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all import and export activities.

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.

• Prepare and review shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.

• Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.

• Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delays or issues.

• Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize supply chain processes.

• Stay updated on changes in trade laws and regulations.
  
• Manage sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with clients.
  
• Coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  
• Develop business strategies to increase revenue growth and market share.
  
• Provide administrative support for sales executives, including data entry and record-keeping.
  
• Collaborate with import/export teams to manage international trade transactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-3 years of experience in Sales coordinator or a related field.
  
• Strong understanding of logistics sales, marketing, and operations principles.
