Head - Internal Communication - BPO/ITeS (12-15 yrs)

Position Overview:

The Head of Internal Communication will develop and execute global communication initiatives, focusing on:

1) Leadership messaging and change communication.

2) Key internal events and HR programs.

3) Online engagement via intranet.

4) Talent branding.

This role collaborates with senior leadership (CEO, CXO, CHRO, and others), HR, and marketing teams to structure communications and enhance employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership Communication: Create and execute structured communication programs for leadership priorities through in-person, virtual, email, and intranet channels.

- HR Communication: Develop strategies to promote HR initiatives like benefits, wellness, recognition, and learning programs, fostering a positive culture.

- Internal Events: Lead communication efforts for key events (town halls, annual days), promoting HR initiatives globally.

- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engagement activities, forming cross-functional teams and managing budgets.

- Change Communication: Deliver clear and timely communication for organizational changes and updates.

- Internal Channels Management: Manage intranet, newsletters, and other communication platforms to ensure effective dissemination of messages.

- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, HR, IT, and other teams to align communication efforts.

- Metrics & Reporting: Track engagement and outcomes, providing regular updates to HR leadership.

Qualifications:

Education - Postgraduate in HR, PR, or Communications.

Experience :

- 12+ years in internal communications, PR, or corporate communications, focusing on HR communication in medium-to-large organizations.

- Proven ability to simplify complex themes for a diverse workforce.

- Experience with intranet and digital communication tools.

Skills & Competencies:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and project management abilities.

- Experience in communication planning and execution for internal events.

- Proficiency with Gen AI tools for content, graphics, and presentations.
