Note: Candidates with experience in a law firm are preferred

Role Overview

The Recruiter - Intern Hiring will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for our internship programs. This includes sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to join our team as interns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for identifying and nurturing young talent.

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top intern candidates.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, university career centers/ Campus
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
• Manage the offer process
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in intern recruitment.

Desired Skills and Competencies:

• Experience working with universities and educational institutions
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to internships.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Experience and Education:

• MBA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on intern or entry-level hiring.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Familiarity with social media recruiting and employer branding strategies.
