Project:

Appointment of Authority of Engineer for Providing Project Management Services (PMS) for various project of New Line/ Doubling/ Multi Tracking Work, Workshops/ Sheds, Robs etc. including Civil, Electrical And S&T works under the Control of Chief Administrative Officer/ Con/ East Coast Railway/ Bhubaneswar.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in Architecture / Civil with minimum experience of 10 years in planning and designing, PMC or execution of commercial structures.

Evaluation Criteria:

10 marks for experience in planning and designing of commercial structures of each completed Eligible Assignment

Eligible Assignment

(i) Any engineering project of railways / metro /Any SPV with Ministry of Railways / DFCCIL / multi modal transport hub / Airport / NHAI/Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) / High Speed Rail (HSR) / monorail;

OR

(ii) Airport terminal (with or without related airport infrastructure works), ports, integrated check posts, and bus terminals;

OR

(iii)State Highway/ National Highways/Expressways/ Similar Highway
