Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy for CAPEX items, aligned with business objectives.

- Lead and manage the procurement of heavy equipment, steel, and construction materials to meet project requirements.

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.

- Drive contract negotiations and establish long-term partnerships with key suppliers.

- Monitor market trends, material costs, and industry developments to achieve procurement optimization.

- Manage procurement budgets, ensuring cost control and effective allocation of resources.

- Implement and maintain procurement policies and processes for operational efficiency.

- Oversee supplier performance metrics, including delivery schedules, quality standards, and compliance.

- Lead risk mitigation strategies to ensure uninterrupted supply chains and business continuity.

- Develop procurement analytics and reporting frameworks to support decision-making.
