Objectives of this role:-

*Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligning with the company's goals.

*Conduct market research, understand the target audience, and identify marketing and growth opportunities.

*Create and execute campaigns across various digital channels, like email,whatsapp, social media, paid *advertising and search engine optimisation.

*Measure and analyse campaigns success using data and analytics tools.

*Lead client meetings and explain the campaign details to the client with key performance metrics (KPIs).

Your responsiblities:-

Understand how ad creative elements perform for each unique advertising goal (traffic, conversions, and engagement).

Track and analyse primary metrics, revenue and paid ad initiatives weekly and monthly.

Experiment and implement innovative digital marketing strategies, tools and best practices to improve ROAS consistently.

Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and new technologies, and make recommendations for how the company can stay ahead of the curve.

Required skills and qualifications:-

* bachelors degree is required .

*2+ years of demonstrable experience in marketing or digital marketing roles.

*Knowledge of content management tools like CMS Hub, Shopify, or WordPress,

*Excellent analytical skills to understand data, study metrics, and align strategies.

*Innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail and identifying trends.
