Role Description :

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior / Lead ETL Developer at IntellyLabs Technologies.

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes to support data integration needs.

The Senior / Lead ETL Developer will work on back-end web development, software development, and programming tasks, ensuring efficient data flow and transformation.

This role is located in Noida with flexibility for remote work.

We are looking for an experienced ETL Developer to design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and transformation processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ETL tools and methodologies, as well as a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts.

The role involves working closely with data analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality data delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement ETL workflows and data integration solutions using Talend.

- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into data warehouses, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

- Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to support data extraction and manipulation.

- Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Perform data profiling and quality checks to identify data anomalies and resolve issues.

- Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs and performance, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of data.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all data processes, data mappings, and transformations.

- Implement best practices for data management and ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 7+ years of experience as an ETL Developer or in a similar data integration role.

- Proficiency in one or more ETL tools (Talend or equivalent).

- Strong SQL programming skills, including the ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance.

- Experience with data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques.

- Familiarity with cloud-based ETL solutions (e.g, AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory) is a plus.

- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g, Python, Shell) for data manipulation and automation is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Location : Noida (Hybrid) - (3days Onsite - Mon, Tue, Wed) - (2days WFH - Thurs, Fri).

Shift Timings - 9 AM - 6PM IST.
