Job summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dynamics 365 FO Functional Consultant to join our dynamic consultancy team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in one or more functional areas of D365 Finance Operations (Finance, HR, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Retail) and a proven track record in end-to-end D365 FO implementation projects. The role involves working closely with onsite and client teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. This role is ideal for a proactive consultant who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys solving complex business problems with innovative solutions.
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and ERP implementation methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills
- Foundational consulting skills, including Analytical know-how, Written and verbal communication, Team participation.
- Ability to perform under minimal supervision in changing environments
- Strong presentation and communication abilities
- Good to have fluency in any of these languages: French, Spanish, German, Italian, or Dutch (preferred)
Experience:
- Experience with end-to-end D365 FO implementation projects (design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, reporting)
- Exposure to presales activities (client presentations, estimation)
- Experience operating in shared services or nearshore teams (preferred)
- Knowledge and experience with ERP implementation methodologies
- Experience of working on US EST Time zone
Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver D365 FO end-to-end implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and reporting
- Work with onsite engagement and client teams to gather requirements, determine expectations, and finalize deliverables
- Support delivery teams during design sessions, gathering requirements, and finalizing deliverables
- Provide solutions to business problems through in-platform configuration
- Ensure quality project delivery through system and functional testing
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including delivery estimation and client presentations
- Travel frequently as required by the project needs
QMS Responsibilities:
- To participate meaningfully in Internal and third-party Audits of Implemented Management System Standards.
- To contribute to the organization Knowledge inventory documents.
- To participate in finalizing management review inputs to be given to QMS coordinator/MR
- To control, correct, find out root cause and take corrective actions on non-Conformity and its consequence and customer complaints.
- To be aware of Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, and implications of not conforming with QMS requirements.
