Note:- Candidates have Experience in Customer Support Executives (International Process for German & Dutch Language) for our team

Position: Customer Support Executive ( C1-German & Dutch)

Experience- Fresher/ Minimum 1 year

Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat.

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy.

- Assist customers in navigating our products and services, ensuring a positive experience.

- Translate customer feedback and inquiries to improve service quality

Qualifications required:

- Fluency in Italian & Certification / C1-German and Dutch written and spoken

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
