Job Summary : The Oracle ERP Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle ERP projects.
This role requires extensive experience in managing ERP implementations, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Planning and Management : Lead the planning and execution of Oracle ERP projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Stakeholder Management : Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Team Leadership : Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support.
- Risk Management : Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Budget Management : Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure the quality and integrity of project deliverables through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Change Management : Oversee change management activities, including training and support for end-users.
- Reporting and Documentation : Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing Oracle ERP projects, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Technical Skills : Strong understanding of Oracle ERP modules, including Financials, Supply Chain, and Human Capital Management.
- Project Management : Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g, Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g, MS Project, JIRA).
- Leadership : Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to address complex business requirements.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Certifications : PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications.
- Industry Experience : Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or logistics is a plus.
- Soft Skills : Strong customer focus, ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Additional Information :
- Travel : Willingness to travel for client engagements as needed.
- Work Environment : Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
