Inteliqo - Senior Customer Service Executive (1-5 yrs)

You will be responsible to handle customer calls in Hindi and English language, it is an inbound process. Calls will be related to support, service and complaints related to the services of our client.

Job Responsibility :

Total Opening: 150 positions

1. Responsible to handle customers through phone calls in Hindi and English language.

2. Working hours from 8 am to 2 pm with rotational shifts.

3. Working days: monday to friday (saturday and sunday are fixed week offs)

4. Five(5) days working

5. Six (6) paid leaves in every quarter

6. Medical insurance and PF provided on top of in-hand salary

7. Salary range from Rs. 27,000 to Rs. 32,000 (in-hand)

8. Inbound customer service process

9. Process working hours from 8 am to 10 pm

11. Additional variable performance incentive of Rs. 5,000 per month (paid on performance)

12. Salary increment based on performance every year

13. Mobile bill reimburesement provided to all joinees upto Rs. 599 per month (apart from Salary)

15. Additional Travelling allowance of Rs. 2,000 per month (apart from salary)
