Credit Manager - Unsecured Business Loans & Supply Chain Financing (5-15 yrs)

Manager - Credit

- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar segment

- Experience in Unsecured business loans and Supply Chain Financing (SCF) is mandatory.

- Experience in analysing financial statements and evaluating creditworthiness.

- The role will involve managing credit assessments, analysing financial data, monitoring client accounts, and mitigating credit risk.

- He / She will also be responsible for recommending credit limits, preparing credit reports, and liaising with internal external stakeholders and Preparing Policy.

- Financial Analysis, Credit Risk Assessment, and Credit Management skills

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance

- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

- Knowledge and experience of handling ticket size of 15 to 50 lakh - MSME segment.

- Knowledge of all policies, regulations, and market practices.

- Open to travel for customer PD/visit.

- Deep understanding of Credit norms
