Job Description Sr Manager Accounts & Finance

Skills Required:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in NBFC segment, must be capable of prepare of financial statements, comprehensive knowledge of direct and indirect taxes, GST.
• Spearhead accounting functions and all other statutory compliance, RBI compliance and ROC compliances.
• Examine SMA & NPA accounts in order to invoke legal actions or Arbitration process.
• Monitoring compliances and filing returns with regulatory bodies.
• Maintaining leverage and asset ratios.
• Prepare and conduct revenue and cost analysis on monthly basis.
• Prepare of Income statement, Balance sheet and cash flow statement on monthly and quarterly basis for Board review.
• Monitor quarterly performance, accounting system for improvements in internal control system and automation and integration of manual process.

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (Mandate)

Location: Jui nagar Navi Mumbai

Working Days: 6 Days

Working Time: 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
