Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Requirements:
• Education: B.com ,M.com/MBA/CA-Inter
• Experience: 1-3 Years of post qualification experience
• Skills:
o Good communication, presentation & leadership skills
o Expert working knowledge in Tally Software
o Expert knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel and other MS Office applications
o Working knowledge on Balance sheet, Finalization and understanding taxation norms

Responsibilities:
o Accounts Payable and Receivable Management
o Payroll Management
o Tax Compliance and Returns Filing
o Fixed Asset Management
o Bank Reconciliation and Treasury Operations
o Supervision of Accounts Executive
o Record all transactions accurately and reconcile accounts
o Prepare Purchase Bill / Sales Bill / Inventory Control (Stock Statement) / Sundry Debtors/
Creditors
o Payment Follow-ups
o Payment to Vendors
o Invoicing /GST Return filing
o TDS /TCS & Other statutory filing
o Accountable for preparation of monthly salary and payments.
o Compliance & taxes reconciliations, returns and refund
o Preparation of month end / year end accounts and responsible for liasioning with Auditors for
year-end audit.
o Preparation and distribution of year end statutory returns
o Liasioning with consultants for routine accounts, finance, and taxation matters
o Appear before the tax / revenue authorities for the assessment cases with help of the consultants
or individually
o Assist in preparing overall yearly financial budget
o Review of the monthly and quarterly budget prepared by the subordinates
o Keep a tab on debtors' ageing and co-ordinate with marketing department for timely follow up
and recovery
o Review of MIS reports before sending it to the top management
o Prepare / present the finance related details in the board meetings and other meetings of the top
management
o Supervise audit activities and ensuring timely completion
o Ensure proper internal checks and controls are in place in the company
o Ensure adherence to Statutory Matters like Income Tax, Sales Tax, Excise & Customs
o Determine the basis of allocation of costs to the products
o Root cause analysis of variations in product costing from price quoted
o Take up any other work as assigned by the Seniors from time to time
