Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate leads for loan products through various channels.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs.Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and application processes to potential clients.Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and approvals.Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and lending policies.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.Key Requirements:1-4 years of experience in sales of loans (Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, or similar).Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate leads and close sales.Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of financial products and lending procedures.Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.Prior experience in NBFCs, Banks, or Fintech companies will be a plus.
