Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our IT web development team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, gathering and analyzing requirements, defining project scope, and ensuring successful implementation of web-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather business requirements.
Conduct detailed analysis to define functional and technical specifications for web applications.
Document user stories, workflows, and business rules.

Project Coordination & Execution:
Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and process flows to visualize application functionality.
Assist in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Process Optimization & Documentation:
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including BRD (Business Requirement Document), FSD (Functional Specification Document), and SRS (Software Requirement Specification).
Identify gaps in existing business processes and propose improvements.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users, ensuring clear communication.
Present project updates, reports, and data-driven insights to management and clients.

Testing & Quality Assurance:
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions against requirements.
Work with QA teams to ensure web applications meet business expectations.

Market & Competitor Research:
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies.
Provide recommendations for enhancing web solutions based on market insights.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT/web development environment.
