- Vision & Strategy:
- Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Backlog Management:
- Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring that items are well-defined, properly groomed, and aligned with strategic priorities.
- Write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, gathering requirements and feedback to inform product decisions.
- Balance stakeholder requests with technical feasibility and product value.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with development teams to plan, refine, and implement features, addressing questions and resolving issues.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to guide the teams work effectively.
- Delivery Oversight:
- Monitor progress toward key milestones and delivery dates, ensuring products and features are delivered on time.
- Evaluate product performance against KPIs and implement changes as needed to meet goals.
- Problem Solving:
- Identify and address roadblocks, risks, and dependencies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Facilitate trade-off discussions to maximize product value within constraints.
Requirements- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence).
