Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong understanding of system architecture, technical infrastructure, and software development life cycle (SDLC).

- Ability to diagnose issues, propose solutions, and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

- Proven experience in identifying and troubleshooting technical issues within software products.

- Experience working across multiple teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success.

- Strong background in improving workflows, processes, and operational efficiency.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong ability to balance competing priorities, making informed decisions that align with product and business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead product development from concept to launch, ensuring that business and technical objectives are met.

- System and Architecture Understanding : Collaborate with engineering teams to define and refine product architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

- Assist technical teams in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving complex issues to maintain product quality and performance.

- Analyze product challenges and provide actionable solutions, balancing technical constraints and business objectives.

- Prioritize and manage bug triage sessions, ensuring critical issues are addressed promptly while balancing long-term feature development.

- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to align product goals with organizational objectives.

- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather product feedback, set expectations, and ensure the product meets user needs.

- Continuously improve product management processes, optimizing workflows for efficiency and product delivery speed.

- Evaluate and prioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value, user feedback, and technical feasibility.
