Position: Advisory Business Development Consultant
Location: Okhla Ph-1, New Delhi
Type of Job: Full Time On-Site
Salary: Competitive ranging between 8-10 lacs fixed. Opportunity to double the salary by earning variable.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Insightful Client Engagements:
- Understand customers' business challenges, industry landscapes, and IT strategies to drive meaningful conversations.
- Present innovative perspectives that help clients rethink their IT infrastructure strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor by offering fresh insights and addressing pain points with tailored solutions.
2. Solution-Oriented Selling:
- Identify opportunities and design customized IT solutions, including networks, servers, storage, security, backup, and DR/BCP, aligned with client needs.
- Focus on delivering measurable business outcomes through proposed solutions.
3. Sales Execution:
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closing deals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by consistently managing and advancing a healthy pipeline.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports using CRM tools.
4. Market Knowledge and Proactive Approach:
- Stay ahead of industry trends and technology advancements in IT system integration and datacentre solutions.
- Proactively identify and act on emerging customer challenges or opportunities.
5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams to craft compelling proposals and demonstrations.
- Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers.
Qualifications
- MBA-2025 with Technical qualification in graduation with keen interest in Sales and Business Development.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated individuals with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent Verbal and written communication.
