Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager with a strong background in IT solutions, OEM partnerships, and enterprise solutioning. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with IT customers, engaging with C-level executives, and driving strategic product initiatives that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- CXO Interaction : Engage with C-level executives (CIOs, CTOs, and other key stakeholders) to drive product adoption, strategic partnerships, and solution alignment.

- Solutioning & GTM Strategy : Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and technical teams to implement customized IT solutions tailored to customer requirements.

- OEM Collaboration : Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and technology partners to drive innovation.

- Product Roadmap & Innovation : Support in executing solution strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management based on customer feedback, market research, OEM requirements and emerging trends.

- Market & Competitive Analysis : Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and technology assessments to position solutions effectively and identify growth opportunities.

- Cross-functional Coordination : Work closely with implementation, sales, marketing, and projects teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives and customer success strategies.

- Revenue & P&L Management : Drive revenue growth by optimizing product positioning, pricing strategies, and business models.

Qualifications :

- MBA with Technical qualification in graduation with keen interest in Product management and alliances.

- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
