Interior Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer with 2-4 years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative and functional interior spaces, collaborating with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project success from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities:

• Concept Development:
  
• Develop creative design concepts based on client requirements, project specifications, and design trends.
• Present design ideas using mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings.
• Ensure the design reflects the client's vision, brand, and functional needs.
• Space Planning & Design Execution:
  
• Plan and design interior layouts that optimize space and functionality.
• Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D models.
• Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials that complement the design concept.
• Project Management:
  
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, contractors, and suppliers.
• Oversee the project from concept through to installation, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Ensure designs meet safety and compliance standards.
• Client Interaction:
  
• Communicate with clients to understand their design preferences, budget constraints, and timelines.
• Provide regular updates and incorporate client feedback to refine designs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Site Visits & Coordination:
  
• Conduct site assessments to understand the space and provide design solutions.
• Supervise and coordinate with contractors during the installation phase to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Sourcing & Procurement:
  
• Research and source materials, furnishings, and accessories that align with the design concept.
• Work with suppliers and manufacturers to order, track, and manage the procurement process.

Requirements:

• Education:
  
• Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• Experience:
  
• 2-4 years of professional interior design experience, ideally in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Proven experience in space planning, design software, and project coordination.

• Skills & Knowledge:
  
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and color theory.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
