Architect and Interior Designer

Role & responsibilities

Visualizing and Sketching Design Plans as per Client Requirements in Drawings or Software.

• Plan and implement projects
• Monitor projects from beginning to end
• Put together design proposals depending on clients' needs and wants
• Meet with clients to identify requirements
• Site visits & Supervision
• Vendor Management

# Analyzing blueprints/ drawings to ensure that projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
# Supervising, coordinating and scheduling the daily activities of Interior work.
# Supervising and instructing the all team as well as subcontractors.
# Resolving work problems and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality
# Establishing methods to meet work schedules and coordinating work activities with other departments/subcontractors/supervisors/managers.
# Supervising, coordinating and scheduling the activities of related apprentices, helpers and laborer's.
# Preparing schedules, work progress and other reports
# Ordering materials and supplies to office with in time
# Ensuring standards for safe working conditions are observed
# Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
