We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager - Integrated Enterprise to lead and manage complex enterprise-level projects. This role will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated solutions that span across various business functions, systems, and technologies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise project management, cross-functional collaboration, and a proven ability to drive large-scale projects to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for integrated enterprise solutions, from inception to delivery. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project milestones. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams (IT, operations, finance, HR, etc.) to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives. Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure smooth execution and integration of enterprise solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring all parties are informed of project status.
Resource Management: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to allocate resources effectively across multiple projects. Ensure the availability of skilled resources and address any skill gaps or resource constraints that may impact project delivery. Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
Budget and Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all resources, materials, and activities are within financial constraints. Monitor expenses and adjust project plans as necessary to keep within budgetary limits. Provide accurate and timely financial reports to senior management, highlighting any variances and corrective actions.
Change Management: Lead change management efforts related to enterprise system integrations, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies across the organization.
Develop and implement training plans to support staff in adapting to changes brought by the project. Support the business in managing transitions and minimizing disruption during project execution. Quality Assurance and Risk Management: Oversee the quality assurance processes for integrated solutions, ensuring the final deliverables meet business and technical requirements. Proactively identify potential risks and issues, develop risk mitigation strategies, and ensure appropriate action is taken to resolve them. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Project Reporting and Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, issue logs, and meeting notes. Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, including senior management, and ensure project milestones are clearly communicated. Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and apply insights to future projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in managing large-scale enterprise integration projects. Proven experience with integrated enterprise solutions, such as ERP systems, CRM platforms, or other enterprise technologies.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMP). Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana).Preferred Qualifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar project management certification. Experience with enterprise software solutions such as SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce. Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field.
