Apprentice under Govt. NAPS Scheme - 2024 Pass outs only. - Gurgaon

Dear Candidate,

In compliance with the NAPS scheme of Govt. of India, we are obligated to provide training to Apprentices as per the provisions of NAPS.

For the same, we invite applications from eligible candidates who are willing to undergo Apprenticeship training for 6 months/1 year.

Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Apprentices to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their careers in Building Information Modeling (BIM) within the Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) sectors. The successful candidates will gain hands-on experience and training in BIM processes and technologies.

Eligible candidates -

B.Tech pass outs of year 2024. (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil)

Should not have been a member of PF/ESI scheme till date.

Willing to undergo Apprentice training as per the provisions of NAPS for 6 months/1 year.

Knowledge of REVIT is desired but not mandatory.

Student Registration - Step 1

Interested candidates will be required to register themselves on NATS Portal -

Documents requires for registration -

1 Aadhaar card

2 Valid Personal Email ID (will be required to activate account and Login)

3 Mobile number

4 Passport size photograph Format: JPEG, Size: Less than 1 MB

5 Aadhaar seeded/mapped Bank account details

6 All clear Qualifying Degree / Provisional Certificate / Original Certificate / Marksheet consolidated from 1st to 8th semester, Format: PDF, Size: Less than 1 MB

7 First page of Bank passbook / Bank account statement, Format: PDF, Size: Less than 1 MB

Once student has successfully registered on the NATS portal, he will be allotted a Student enrolment ID.

Contract Creation - Step 2

Once selected for the Apprenticeship after interview, the employer(Intec Infra Technologies) will enter in a contract on the NATS portal with the Apprentice using his Student enrollment ID. All the terms and conditions of Apprenticeship along with Stipend details, Period of Apprenticeship, DOJ etc. will be mentioned in the contract.

Contract Acceptance - Step 3

Student will accept the contract.

Other details -

- Student will not be eligible for PF/ESI/Bonus or any statutory benefits during the period of Apprenticeship.

- He will be eligible for leaves as per the leave policy of the company as applicable to employees.

- Stipend - Starting from 22 K per month. + Medical Insurance

- Period of Apprenticeship - 6 months to 1 year

- Monday to Friday - 5 days working.

- Suitable Apprentices post their apprenticeship training may be offered a permanent employment with the company depending on their performance.
