Job Description
- Experience in Project who will be responsible for planning and overseeing the design review and implementation of pharmaceutical active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) and finished drug projects
- Candidate will be able to lead a team, monitor project progress, keep stakeholders informed, designate resources, set deadlines, problem-solve and manage a budget.
- Behave ethically: Understand ethical behaviour and business practices and ensure that own behaviour and the behaviour of others is consistent with these standards and align with the values of the organization.
- Collaborate with management and project team to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline timeline, milestones, and key tasks.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams, including Purchase, EHS and manufacturing.
- Coordinate with project team to identify resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Prepare and oversee project budgets, ensuring projects stay within financial parameters.
- Schedule, convene and facilitate project work group meetings; assign and follow up on action items.
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
- Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
- Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
- Responsible for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and instrumentation.
- Responsible for design checks recd. From consultant.
- Communicate Effectively: Speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough, and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques.
- Creativity/Innovation: Develop new and unique ways to improve operations of the organization and to create new opportunities.
