Qa Assistant (Nordic & Baltics)

Job Overview:

• Under supervision by the Associate Director, Quality Assurance Nordic & Baltics:
• Support Quality Assurance team at local affiliate with wholesale activities within Nordic and Baltics. Ensure compliance with GDP and GMP as applicable.

Responsibilities:

• Duties are delegated by Accord Healthcare AB and Accord Healthcare OYs designated Responsible Person as per separate delegation letter. Duties include:
• Responsible for handling of internal complaints and temperature excursions.
• Support different aspects of the local quality work and maintenance of the local quality management system. This includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:
• Training of personnel
• Change Controls and Risk Management
• Deviations and CAPA
• Self-inspections
• Recalls
• Outsourced activities
• Qualification of suppliers and customers
• SOP management
• Should be ready for any ad hoc tasks related to Quality Assurance.

Relevant Skills & Experience:

• Higher education in pharmacy or similar.
• Experience from Quality Assurance with relevant knowledge of legislation and guidelines.
• Excellent skills in the English language.
