SAP CS / SM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP CS/SM & OTC Consultant with over 8 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP CS/SM and SD configurations, and be adept at working with various SAP functionalities including Service Contracts, Warranties, and Resource-related billing. This role demands excellent communication skills and a proven track record in global ERP implementation projects.

Mandatory Requirements
Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP CS/SM & OTC.
Proficiency in performing configurations for SAP CS/SM and SD, including equipment, Install Base, and Asset experience.
Expertise with SAP SD user exits for sales order, delivery, and billing.
Strong experience in configuring and delivering SAP solutions related to Service Contracts, Warranties, Notifications, Repair Orders, Service Orders, Pricing, and Resource-related billing.
Familiarity with business process flows for consignment sales.
Functional knowledge of Equipment, Serialization, Task lists, and SAP Installed Base.
Proficiency in writing functional/technical specifications for ABAP custom programs and interfaces.
Experience with intercompany postings and pro forma invoices.
Working knowledge of EDI/IDOC.
Experience with S/4 HANA.
Proven experience in global ERP implementation projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in working with interfaces and integration with third-party systems.
Experience in conducting workshops and gathering requirements.
Experience in preparing blueprints and solution documents.
Strong skills in writing functional specifications.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Knowledge of cross-module functionality and processes.

Nice to Have
Additional certifications in SAP CS/SM or related modules.
Experience with agile project methodologies.
Familiarity with other SAP modules and their integration points.
Previous experience in a consulting role.
Advanced understanding of SAP Best Practices.

Responsibilities
Perform configurations for SAP CS/SM and SD, ensuring optimal setup for equipment, Install Base, and Asset Management.
Develop and implement SAP solutions for Service Contracts, Warranties, Notifications, Repair Orders, Service Orders, Pricing, and Resource-related billing.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and map consignment sales processes.
Write and review functional and technical specifications for ABAP custom programs and interfaces.
Manage intercompany postings and pro forma invoices efficiently.
Ensure smooth operation and integration of EDI/IDOC processes.
Lead and participate in S/4 HANA implementation projects.
Conduct workshops to gather and freeze requirements, preparing detailed blueprints and solution documents.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP with third-party systems.
Provide expertise and guidance on SAP cross-module functionality and processes.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, delivering clear and concise presentations and documentation.
