SAP CS Consultant - SD / MM / PM Modules

As an SAP CS (Customer Service) Consultant, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of customer service processes within the SAP environment. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that customer service operations are efficient, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize SAP CS modules to meet the business requirements.

- Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze customer service requirements.

- Design and implement customer service processes, including service notifications, service orders, warranties, and repairs.

- Integrate SAP CS with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, and PM.

- Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support for SAP CS solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CS processes and functionalities.

- Participate in project planning, blueprinting, and go-live activities.

- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP CS processes and configurations.

- Stay updated with the latest SAP CS trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of [X] years of experience working with SAP CS modules.

- Strong understanding of customer service processes and principles.

- Proven experience in configuring and customizing SAP CS modules.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- SAP CS certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

- Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (SD, MM, PM).
