What Our Software Engineer II Will Do
Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders.
Maintain and enhance existing software tools , ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and user experience.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and operations, to define software requirements and specifications.

Who we're Looking For
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science , Engineering, or a related field.
6 + years of experience in software development, with demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining complex software applications.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages (C#, Java, Python) and frameworks (especially .NET) commonly used in software development.
Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
Very strong understanding of APIs, including designing, building, and consuming RESTful and SOAP APIs.
Experience with modern development practices , including agile methodologies, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality code.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure) and DevOps practices is highly desirable.
Familiarity with building custom solutions on Salesforce (Apex) or similar SaaS ecosystems.
Experience with building solutions using no-code/low-code solutions such as integrations between cloud systems (Workato)
